The launch of the flight safety manual in Braille makes Sriwijaya Air as the first airline in Indonesia (and even the world) that provides facilities for people with special needs (visually impaired). This is one form of caring Sriwijaya Air against persons with disabilities.
In the event, PT Sriwijaya Air also received an award from the Indonesian Record Museum (MURI), as the first airline in Indonesia, which started providing accessibility service for passengers with special needs.
